Urgent Requirement SAP JVA PRA Lead Manager Level

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP JVA and PRA team to ensure efficient functioning and timely delivery of key tasks.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP JVA and PRA modules ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address system enhancements and process improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP JVA and PRA supporting business units and resolving complex technical issues.
• Lead the design configuration and testing of SAP JVA and PRA solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders providing regular updates on project statuses and addressing concerns.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in the planning and execution of SAP JVA and PRArelated projects ensuring ontime and withinbudget delivery.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP JVA and PRA and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise in system upgrades and integrations.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for SAP JVA and PRA.
• Support change management initiatives related to SAP JVA and PRA system implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role preferably managing SAP JVA and PRA teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP JVA and PRA modules with a strong understanding of oil and gas accounting processes.
• Certification in SAP modules and project management (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate PMP) is highly desirable.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering highquality solutions.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Experience in team management mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic working environment and lead teams through change and challenges.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to oil and gas accounting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical issues and providing innovative sustainable solutions.
• Experience in vendor management contract negotiations and leveraging external expertise for system enhancements.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with a focus on driving strategic alignment between technology solutions and business goals.
• Ability to travel as needed for projectrelated activities and meetings.
