Overview:
The Application Monitoring Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability performance and reliability of all applications within the organization. They are responsible for implementing configuring and maintaining monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance issues ultimately contributing to an optimal enduser experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving application performance bottlenecks.
- Participating in incident response and troubleshooting activities.
- Creating dashboards and reports to provide visibility into application health.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and procedures.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret monitoring data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Proven track record in problemsolving and critical thinking within a fastpaced environment.
