Job Description
Education and Training: Possess a university degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in human resources management may be an advantage.
Knowledge of labor legislation: Good understanding of the laws and regulations relating to labor and labor relations in the country or region in which one works.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, mentor, direct and understand their needs and concerns.
Ability to plan and organize: The ability to effectively organize human resources activities and tasks, including time management and organizing files and data.
