About the job
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with suppliers on customers concerns and orders
- Create Purchase orders in the system and release it to our Suppliers
- Update the system with production status for each order
- Audit customer service work before proceed with any order
- Cover the day shift when needed

Qualifications
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Fluency in Microsoft office windows
