Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Concord NH
Duration: 14 weeks contract
Shift: 3:00 PM to 11.30 PM
Guarantee hours: 40
Responsibilities:
- Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assisting patients with eating dressing and bathing.
- Administering medication.
- Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses physicians and family members.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN certification in NH
Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Empathy patience and strong communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
