Salary: £21000 £25000 (depending on experience)
Experience Required Over 6 months working in an Estate Agent
• Support maintenance tasks and liaising with contractors tenants and landlords
• Conduct inspections and prepare reports
• Oversee deposit registration and repayment processes
• Coordinate tenancy utility management
• Provide emergency maintenance cover
• Liaise effortlessly with our energetic lettings team
• Handle property enquiries and walkins
