Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our agency
specializing in working with multiple clients and brands. In this midlevel role with a minimum of
57 years of relevant experience you will take charge of endtoend social media management.
This includes strategic planning content creation platform management daily operations and
datadriven analytics. If you have a proven track record in creating and executing successful
social media strategies and are passionate about delivering results for clients across various

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives
target audiences and unique selling points.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client
goals considering different platforms and content types.
Content Calendar: Create and manage content calendars that outline posting schedules
and content themes.
Social Media Operations:
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant social media content
including text images videos and interactive elements.
Platform Management: Manage social media platforms including posting responding to
comments and engaging with the audience.
Community Building: Foster and grow online communities through active engagement
and relationshipbuilding.
Paid Advertising: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns including
budget management and audience targeting.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to
measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for clients highlighting key insights trends and
recommendations for optimization.
Client Relations:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing
inquiries and providing updates on campaign progress.
Feedback Gathering: Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve social
media strategies and content.
Industry Trends:
Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with social media trends algorithm changes and
emerging platforms to inform strategies.
Quali cations:
Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related eld. Additional social
media certi cations are a plus.
Minimum of 57 years of experience in social media management preferably in an
agency setting.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms best practices and trends.
Pro ciency in social media management and analytics tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage
multiple clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from social media data.
