Essential Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience and expertise in troubleshooting software printers projectors and resolving issues remotely and via call support for customers.
Proficiency in troubleshooting laptop desktop and printer hardware issues.
Experience in analyzing troubleshooting and evaluating computer network problems on WiFi devices and network infrastructure for executive and site support.
Ability to provide enduser remote support and onsite assistance as required to resolve incidents and meet service level agreements.
