Position Overview:


As a Touch Account Manager you will capture customer requirements (recurrent status meetings quarterly business review) to constantly improve service delivery secure contractual obligations (SLA s and KPIs) are being met and keep Touch headquarters always updated and involved about the customers strategic goals and the perception of the overall quality of the service delivered.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary focal point for all communications with customers.
  • Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with customer focal points and overall account stakeholders.
  • Understand the airline s brand values strategic positioning marketing and sales priorities. Proactively apply this knowledge to Touch products and services for the airline with a focus on improving overall service delivery.
  • Ensure the agreed level of service is fully delivered to the customer. Make sure tools are properly implemented the team s goals are welldefined and there is clarity across the board. Lead endtoend delivery of content cycles.
  • Manage the customer budget guarantee the best usage of resources ensure commitments are fulfilled and meet the commercial interests of both parties.
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow the client s scope of work and overall service relevance.


About You:


  • Based in Chile South America
  • Fluent in Spanish (Native or C2) mandatory.
  • Fluent in English (Native or C2) mandatory.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Airline entertainment industry experience is a plus.
  • University degree in Management Marketing or similar (preferred).
  • Mandatory customer service experience.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Keynote.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead projects.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Availability for traveling.
