Requirements

What will you be doing

As a Technical Field Coach youll play a pivotal role in our team by conducting company inductions facilitating diverse training sessions in a classroom setting and providing handson technical coaching in realworld field environments. Your duties include crafting personalised action plans tailored to individuals integrating SMART objectives to support their professional growth.
