HR Analyst
Collect and maintain HR data including employee demographics performance evaluations compensation details and turnover rates.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
Prepare regular and adhoc reports dashboards and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders including senior management.
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field
25 years of previous HR Generalist experience Data Analytics. Knowledge in Dayforce workforce and TRESS is desired.
