Job Description

Administrative:
1) Payroll processing and leave management
Leave and Attendance Management prevailing as per statutory requirements.
Generate Payroll and fulfil statutory compliances.
2) Labour Compliances
Ensure compliance of labour laws for internal employees.
Ensure compliance as principal employers for labourers of external contractors in consultation
With the external labour consultants.
3) Administration and HR vendor bill processing
Use the internal ERP to check the vendor bills and approve the same for payment.
Approve and create an MIS for presenting the comparison of the various expenses to be sent to The Management.
4) HR Admin and IT policy implementation
Revisit the SOPs and update them.
Ensure implementation of the laid down SOPs.
Preparation of various policies as per requirements of management.
Strategic:
5) Role clarity for each person in the organisation
Ensure each employee has a clearly defined Role.
Sit with HoDs and create SMART roles / revisit the already defined roles and align them.
Create KRAs and KPIs for all roles in consultation with the HoDs.
6) PMS implementation and monitoring
In collaboration with the Management create a robust PMS.
Implement the PMS in order to drive the performance Evaluation.
Create a goaldriven organisation.
Maintain development programmes.
7) Competency mapping of each role and assessing the gaps
Design the model for competency mapping.
Evaluate the gaps in order to develop the employee competencies.
8) Planning and implementation of training calendar
Create interventions for each role and consolidating them.
Implement the talent development calendar.
Post effectiveness of the interventions to be presented to the Management.
Develop Training plans as per the training need analysis.
9) Reward and recognition and employee engagement programmes
Build a strong Reward and Recognition Program.
Create employee engagement plan in order to have better engagement levels of the employees.
Design employee engagement surveys to understand the pulse of the organisation and submit the MIS to the Management.
10) Formalisation and protection of company culture
Setting of culture in the company in alignment with the Management policies.
11) People issue management and conflict resolution
Identify issues and categorise the same.
Manage interdepartmental wellbeing and smooth operations of cross functional teams
Bridge Management and employee relation by addressing Grievances and other issues.
12) Organisation wide SOP compliance and formalisation of a review mechanism
Conduct and manage the organisationwide reviews across various departments
Ensure compliance of all the SOPs across teams
Raise the red flag to the Management on any noncompliance
13) Talent acquisition and on boarding
Ensure prompt response of manpower requirement.
Initiate cost effective recruitment strategies to acquire the correct people.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Creation of talent pipeline in line with future business need by development engagement motivation and preservation of Human Capital.
Soft Skills:
  • Must have detailed domain knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
  • HR Metrics to be prepared as per the requirements
  • Strong network within the HR fraternity.
  • Exposure to working with the Top Management.
  • Passionate targetdriven and selfmotivated person.
  • Have excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must be confident and have excellent command over the language.
