We are a headhunter agency matching top talent in The Philippines with fastgrowing US and global companies. We are hiring an ambitious and talented Technical Recruiter to join a Nimble company. Our client is a venturebacked technology startup in the finance and accounting space.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm EST
Holidays: Paid US holidays
Salary range: $900 $1350 per month
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn other websites and personal networks for workfromhome roles in the Philippines.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates present job opportunities and encourage applications.
- Screen resumes to assess candidates qualifications.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews share assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Utilize recruitment and talent acquisition tools including Indeed LinkedIn Recruiter and others.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting preferably for remote positions.
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition tools including Breezy HR Indeed LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Adaptability to a fastpaced remote work environment.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively.
