Job Responsibilities
Capture and produce engaging content in realtime during events ensuring high
quality visuals and storytelling.
Conduct fieldwork to gather content material including interviews behindthe
scenes footage and live updates.
Plan develop and execute content strategies for events including preevent during
the event and postevent content.
Edit and enhance raw content to produce polished and professional videos photos
and other multimedia assets.
Interact with event attendees stakeholders and influencers to maximize audience
engagement and brand visibility.
Operate and maintain equipment such as cameras microphones and lighting to
ensure optimal performance during live events.
Work closely with the creative team event organizers and clients to align content
with brand objectives and messaging.
Quickly adapt to changing environments schedules and requirements to capture
key moments and stories effectively.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
2 3 years of experience as a Content Creator preferably for digital media.
Knowledge and experience in using major video social media platforms like YouTube
TikTok and Instagram among others.
Proficiency in using basic content creation tools and software including basic video
editing software (e.g. Cap Cut Inshot etc)
Knowledge about major video editing software is an additional advantage (e.g.
Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) or photo editing software (e.g. Adobe
Photoshop Lightroom).
Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to convey brand
messaging effectively.
Technical expertise in operating cameras audio equipment and lighting systems.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment and meet tight
deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross
functional teams.
Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends to cover live
events.
