OrishaOpenbravo is looking for exceptional candidates for the role of Account Manager within our Customer Success organization.
As Account Manager you will be directly responsible for assisting our Retail Clients by using your consulting skills retail business knowledge and software solution expertise to effectively operate the Openbravo Cloudbased POS and Retail Management solutions into the clients business.
The position is based in Lille (France).
Position responsibilities:
The function of Account Manager has the following key areas of responsibility:
Contribute to the preparation of commercial offers together with the Customer Success Director
Identify business opportunities/services extensions in Accounts assigned and take ownership to convert them in new deals.
