Job Description

As a Services Coordinator you will manage various tasks crucial to ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include fielding all incoming work orders and efficiently assigning them to the appropriate team members based on their expertise and availability.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night shift MonFri (10PM to 7AM Manila Time)
Work Setup: Hybrid Baguio City
Salary: PHP 25000 to 35000

What do you need to succeed
  • High degree of comfort and fluency in English. This is essential for this job.
  • Flexibility with respect to work schedule. We will want this person s schedule to overlap with our Chicagobased business hours.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills.
  • High comfort level with technology especially webbased software like Google Suite (especially Google Sheets).

Nicetohave / Nonessential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management or real estate.
  • Experience with Zendesk.
  • Experience in working with/for U.S./U.K. based clients are a plus but not required.
What awaits you in this role
  • Work with existing Philippines and Chicagobased personnel to understand all business lines of Westward360 and contribute to the success of the organization as a whole but especially in Westward360 PROs our inhouse maintenance service provider.
  • Field all incoming work orders and assign them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with our vendor partners to schedule work.
  • Create and add work orders to our field tech dispatch queues.
  • Communicate with property managers and customers regarding scheduled work.
  • Adjust dispatch and work order schedules based on field tech availability.
