As an Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks within the IT ecosystem. This includes device management utilizing platforms such as Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager to efficiently oversee and maintain devices across the network. Additionally you will handle Microsoft Office 365 administration ensuring smooth operation and optimization of this essential productivity suite.

• Experience of supporting large multisite data centers

Qualifications and Special Training

Essential:

• Bachelors Degree holder

• Provide technical leadership on multiple IT and Business driven projects throughout the project lifecycle from conception to completion. Work as part of a team designing and managing the InHealth infrastructure in line with IT objectives as prescribed by the Head of ICT Operations.
  
• Deliver a firstclass robust solutionbased service to InHealth IT customers. Driving all activities through to completion using professional and innovative solutions delivered with a duty of care and due diligence.

Key Result Areas and Specific Duties

• Involvement in project and implementation work across the infrastructure estate including:
  

• Infrastructure Security remediation (Inc Cyber Essentials certification)
  
• MS O365 licensing optimisation Collaboration and Modern Workspace strategy
  
• Active Directory Cleanup and Compliance
  
• ISO27001 recertification
  

• Support the Infrastructure Team in with the daytoday operation of the InHealth infrastructure
  
• Be able to make sound technical recommendations and professional delivery of projects
  
• Become a subject matter expert on the InHealth infrastructure
  
• Identify and reduce single points of failure / vulnerability within the infrastructure.
  
• Monitor the performance of the infrastructure and carry out tuning exercises as appropriate to ensure optimal performance
  
• Provide proactive support of infrastructure components in line with agreed service level agreements and team key performance indicators
  
• Ensure support documentation exists and is up to date for all infrastructure components
