Trainee Recruiter Dutch

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading recruitment consulting company who is looking to onboard a Dutchspeaking Trainee Recruiter for their office in Prague.

Position: Trainee Recruiter

Location: Prague Czech Republic (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
• Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
• Prepare the candidates CVs for submission to clients
• Arrange interviews with candidatesfor senior consultants
• Contact potential clients via phone or email
• Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English
• Recent graduate
• No previous recruitment experience
• Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
• Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
• Customeroriented with anability to build and nurture the relation
• An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
• A Cando attitude and proactive approach
• Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to travel in line with the business needs
• Thriving in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic
