We are hiring for Trainee TAT/Fresher HR/IT Recruiter/Trainee Recruiter
Education BCA/BSC/B.Tech Candidate
Location Delhi Dwarka Sectore 11
Job Requirements and Skills
- At least a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field like (BSC in IT/Computers OR BCA OR B.Tech)
- Prior experience as an HR Recruiter (Added Advantage)
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment onboarding training talent management etc.)
- Sound knowledge of all labor regulations
- Sound knowledge of fullcycle recruiting
- Strong verbal as well as nonverbal communication skills
- Exceptional timemanagement and organizational skills
Job Responsibilities
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates
- Advertising jobs on careers pages job boards and social media
- Sending job offer and recruiting emails and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits
