This is a remote position.

Our client in the Business transformation and digital marketing space is at the forefront of digital marketing and creative solutions driving success and innovation for a diverse client base. Its Agency Services Division is dedicated to delivering exceptional service creative excellence and strategic insights to foster longlasting client relationships and impactful results.

Role Overview
As an Account Manager within the dynamic Agency Services Division you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships overseeing project delivery and ensuring that all account activities align with our strategic objectives including adherence to our Most Important Numbers (MINs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting clients relationships acting as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients and our agency.

Strategic Oversight: Ensure that all account activities support our key metrics: Deliverable Fulfillment Rate (DFR) Client Outcome Achievement (COA) Efficiency Ratio (ER) and Ad Spend Utilization Rate (ASUR) contributing to the achievement of the Account Management Success Index (AMSI).

Project Management: Oversee and manage project workflows timelines and budgets ensuring the efficient delivery of highquality work that meets client expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate account performance against established OKRs and MINs identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including the Design Department to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery that aligns with agency standards and client goals.

Feedback and Reporting: Gather client feedback provide regular performance reports and conduct review meetings to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within a marketing agency or creative services environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies design processes and project management principles.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fastpaced environment.

Proficient in CRM software and project management tools
