Overview:
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization through identifying new business opportunities and building key customer relationships. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen and the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop customized sales strategies to meet business goals and objectives
- Generate new lead opportunities through various channels
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to laws and guidelines
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and business opportunities
- Conduct presentations to showcase the organizations products and services
- Manage and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles
