We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) who can understand and leverage the power of artificial intelligence. As Senior Product Manager you will:

• Develop and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the founders and the product team
• Plan and prioritize work alongside Engineering and Design to ship highquality products at a fast pace
• Develop and track metrics that ladder up to the companys objectives
• Gather and translate insights from users to prioritize product features that attract and retain customers
• Help to establish the Product Management culture and hiring processes
• Mentor and coach a team of product managers

Requirements

• Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• High level of user empathy
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow and operate with autonomy in an oftenunpredictable fastpaced startup environment
• Deep analytical prioritization and problemsolving skills
• 5 years of product management experience and a demonstrated experience with SaaS products
• Experience in leading and coaching product teams while working with crossfunctional teams
• Deep knowledge of AI / ML and firsthand experience working with AI / MLpowered technology products
• Experience with Agile software development sprint grooming and planning
• Comfortable working across time zones and different cultures
• Experience with design thinking and user experience design is a plus
