Job Description:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals in the northern region.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail B2B Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) distributors and other key stakeholders.
3. Identify business opportunities and potential clients within the territory including AMCs insurance companies banks and other financial institutions.
4. Stay updated on industry developments market trends regulatory changes and competitor activities that may impact business performance.
5. Train and motivate the sales team to effectively promote and sell the companys products/services to achieve sales targets.
6. Monitor sales performance against targets analyse data and provide regular reports to senior management.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and strategies tailored to the target audience.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
