Tasks

• Handling pickup orders in an efficient manner
• Supplying shipping details and cost estimates
• Tracking parcels and obtaining delivery confirmation
• Addressing customer requirements such as supply orders communication and grievance resolution
• Thorough and clear completion of necessary paperwork and documentation
