Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Microsoftrelated solutions including Microsoft 365 Azure Windows Server and other Microsoft products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet sales objectives. Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in identifying customer needs proposing appropriate solutions and closing deals.
Microsoft Partnership: Strengthen our partnership with Microsoft and maintain a deep understanding of Microsofts products licensing models and sales programs. Leverage the partnership to access resources training and marketing support.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a trusted advisor to customers understanding their business requirements and offering tailormade Microsoft solutions.
Project Oversight: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful implementations of Microsoft solutions. Monitor project progress address challenges and ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Marketing and Promotions: Work with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns to promote Microsoft solutions. Ensure that marketing materials and messaging are aligned with customer needs and effectively showcase our expertise as a Microsoft partner.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments related to Microsoft products and services. Utilize this knowledge to refine our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and manage financial performance related to the Microsoft business segment. Prepare reports budgets and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire the Microsoft team ensuring high performance skill development and a collaborative work environment. Foster a culture of excellence customer focus and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Microsofts guidelines licensing requirements and best practices in all business operations. Maintain a high standard of quality in our solutions and customer service.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in business management sales and marketing within the IT hardware and
networking industry with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing models including Microsoft 365 Azure and Windows Server.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in managing and developing highperforming teams.
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Microsoft certifications and prior experience as a Microsoft partner are advantageous.
