Who we are:

CV VC is an earlystage venture capital investor with Swiss DNA focusing on blockchain technology projects on a global basis. Under the brand CV Labs it operates a Web3 ecosystem builder with hubs in Switzerland Liechtenstein South Africa Germany and Portugal which nurtures a global ecosystem through four core activities: the CV Labs startup accelerator global coworking spaces research reports and conferences & events.

In order to expand these activities the team is now looking for a sales lead to drive and execute the sourcing closing and managing of new clients and partners that align with CV Labs and CV VCs strategy as well as retaining existing ones.

Tasks

What youll be doing:

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline for key CV Labs products & service offerings
  • Execute and coordinate sales activities from outreach and followups through to closing
  • Identify strategic client acquisition opportunities
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Address and resolve client concerns
  • Communicate and collaborate with event communications/marketing and general team members to ensure that client needs are met
  • Compile reports on sales progress goals and forecasts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients needs and requirements and collaborate with the team to provide customized solutions
  • Meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each clients goals/agreedupon deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with our investment unit to support fundraising activities evaluate potential investment opportunities and foster crossselling opportunities.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 510 years of relevant experience (i.e. sales business development relationship management etc.)
  • Fluent in English (German preferred but not required)
  • Degree in a related field such as business administration finance sales
  • Ability to interact and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent written/oral communication; welldeveloped interpersonal skills including tact and patience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales/budget goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Cooperative team member who excels at interacting with other teams on complex projects
  • Ability to remain calm and solutionsoriented during stressful situations
  • Strong command of Google Workspace and Hubspot as well as working knowledge of event/production tools such as Eventbrite Canva etc.

Start of the position: as soon as possible

Location: Zug Switzerland
