Job Description

The Position:

The Executive Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls emails and chat from customers pertaining to PCs Laptops and Electronic products and services.

The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English.

The Requirements for the Role:

  • Diploma /Degree in IT related disciplines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Cantonese and Mandarin speaker encouraged to apply.
  • L1 troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Contact Centre experience is an advantage.
  • Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Windows Office.
  • Well versed in software and hardware.
  • Possess initiative able to work independently and as a team.
  • Dynamic highly motivated and a resultoriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Operating Days : Monday Friday
  • Operating Hours : 5am 6pm (following the ANZ hours)

ASEAN PREMIUM CARE:

  • Operating Days : Monday Sunday
  • Operating Hours : 24/7 (rotational shift)
  • Each shift is 9 hrs including 1.5 hrs for breaks
  • Foreign nationals are welcome to apply

The Package:

  • Attractive Salary RM2800 RM4500
  • Language Allowance(selected desks)
  • Shift Allowance(selected desks)
  • Overtime(selected desks)
  • Performance related bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff
  • 15 days Annual Leave
  • 14 days Medical Leave
  • Medical and hospitalization coverage
