Job Description

Job Purpose:
Daily Review of orders delivery.
Submission of Daily Reports (Monthly Order Sheet) to the assigned Authority.
Responsible for customer interaction and satisfaction.
Assist customers with respect to RFQs order processing feedback complaints and other exigencies.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every delivery and interaction. Achieve a Feedback Score of at least 70%.
Ensure all processes are followed as per Company policies and SOPs.
Support Marketing Sales & Business Development Team and Order Fulfilment Process in identifying new business opportunities and assisting them to convert new customers.
Ensure all supplyrelated activities are in compliance with local & port regulations.
Take charge of daytoday operations of the branch. It includes people infrastructure regulatory issues partners vendors and service providers.
Participate in the weekly GMV meetings held to evaluate the progress made and identify necessary changes to be incorporated.
Strict Implementation of the shared MOM derived from the GMV meeting.
Conduct Monthly assessment of case studies and record the outcomes for future reference during the joint calls.
Append the Case studies in a file and share it with the Operations Team.
Ensure that the branch team reviews its progress on a weekly basis to make any necessary alterations to meet the objectives and complete the tasks within a stipulated time frame.
Pay a monthly visit to (a minimum of) 1 ship.
Listen to team members feedback and resolve issues/conflicts.
Keep a tab on the teams performance and present the relevant metrics in regular reports.
Assign tasks and set SMART (Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant and Timebound) targets to ensure consistent progress.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
Act as an available and active contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
Proactive Identification of manpower requisites and escalating the same to the HR with proper role and job description via the Head of Customer Services.
Customer Satisfaction through OTIFAQ supplies.
Be accountable for the contract staff of the branch and maintain safety standards across the branch to ensure the health and safety of all employees while they actively remain motivated and committed to the workplace.
Assist in the hiring process by conducting required interviews and submitting detailed feedback.

Educational and Experience prerequisite:
Should be a graduate in any discipline.
Should have a sound knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in Advanced Excel is surely an added advantage.
Should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a total experience of 7 years in the same type of industry.
Should essentially have warehouse experience wherein he/she must have dealt with FMCG products too.
Should essentially have procurement experience too.
Should have handled a team of not less than 10 members for a minimum of 2 years.
Should have a proven and mandatory experience in logistics. Experience in the maritime domain will serve an added privilege.
The preferred companies with background experience may entail Shipping Companies Ship Chandlers and other logistics companies where extended work hours are a part of regular working.
Should possess excellent written and verbal skills.
