Design Forum International is hiring a Project head with expertise health care architecture execution and team leadership.

Salary 75K to 1 Lac per month (as per experience)
Probation Period 3 Months Job
Location Greater Kailash New Delhi 110048
Working days Monday Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Office Timings 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Requirements :
Experience: Indepth experience in hospital projects . Overseeing apporval drawingsBOQsconstruction sets / GFCs services and interiors
Project Management: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 23 projects from concept to completion (Mandatory).
Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively
Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including consultants vendors and site teams
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Sketchup Lumion
Work Ethic: Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to meet demanding deadlines
