Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant

• Participating in Business Requirement Gathering sessions to understand client needs.
• Developing the Business requirement and system design document.
• Driving the system deliverables as per the design document.
• Supporting the implementation team with functional inputs.
• Taking total ownership for the complete life cycle of the project.
• Obtaining signoff from clients.
• Training team members to ensure adequate knowledge and quality.
• Providing timely reporting to Executive Management and client key stakeholders.
• Ensuring successful service delivery SLA achievement and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining personal relationships with key client staff.
• Managing the team effectively.
• Having onsite clientfacing abilities.
• Planning managing and communicating the progress of the project.
• Facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks.
• Reviewing interpreting and responding to detailed business requirements.
• Participating in internal initiatives.
• Performing other industry standard responsibilities.

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Commerce.
• A minimum of 6 years relevant career experience in NetSuite.
• Experience in system applications consulting either internally or externally.
• At least 2 years experience in a Lead Position managing a team.
• At least 1 years experience in managing a team of functional and technical resources.
