Job Brief:
This is a Role for a control team executive who is well versed with any transport management applications such as Routematic/ Moveinsync etc and comes from a background of monitoring process adherence and reporting experience.

NVS Travel Solutions caters to over 30 schools and corporations which include thousands of employees and parents resulting in over 20000 users. Our application is also used by over 1000 bluecollar stakeholders like site supervisors drivers and attendees. We pride ourselves on providing topnotch customer support even though we are focused on building new technology solutions for transportation and are rapidly expanding to top schools corporations and new cities.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Monitoring of D2D operations remotely
- Updation of transport management system
- Reporting
KPIs
- Adherence to process
- CSAT/ NPS
- Compliance
Work shift Timings;
- First Shift Timings (6 AM TO 3 PM) preferred for Ladies
- Second Shift Timings (3 pm to 11 pm)
Job Role:
- Monitoring daytoday operations of the site
- Vehicle Tracking and Incident Communication to Management Clients & commuters/ guardians
- Realtime system updates
- driver/ attendee/ vehicle change
- Any changes/modifications to routes/ child/ commuter using transport
- Regular System Updates
- Trip Scheduling
- New Employee/ Vehicle induction (including GPS & Camera)
- Upkeep of vehicle (including GPS & Camera) & employee statutory
- Reporting & Analysis
- Log in Log out reports
- Attendance reports
- Breakdown reports
- Mileage reports
- Diesel filling reports
- Maintenance Escalations
- Checklist
- Verification of Trips undertaken by Drivers
- Ground team performance report
PreRequisites:
- Experience with MoveinSync Routematic or other transport management Systems.
- Knowledge of School/ Employee Transport Management.
- Languages: English Hindi Kannada Tamil and More the Better
- Ability to stay selforganised
- Proven ability to communicate well under pressure.
- Comfort in manipulating common applications like Google Sheets & mail
