- Knowledge of working through ATS (Automation recruitmet software).

1. A proven record of accomplishment of managing a large team of recruiters.
2. Worked on IT & NonIT sectors profiles.
3. Solving clients escalations.
4. Strong knowledge of recruitment process and practices. Hiring Tactics.
5. Adequate knowledge of function of job portals( Naukri Shine Monster Quicker all the other sourcing applications linke Linkedin and social media recruitments)
6. Must have good client service record of accomplishment.
7. Willingness to travel to branches from recruitment drives/ train recruiters/meet cients.
