Italian MNC and world leader in Packaging Machines is looking for an AGM / DGM Sales for its CasePacker Division based out of Indore :
The AGM/ DGM Sales is overall responsible and accountable for identifying prospective clients establishing contact with them through telephone calls emails and visits to generate orders and quotes for CasePacker & other Endofline Equipment and Change Parts appropriately translating customer requirements or enquiries into realtime orders. The incumbent would also be responsible for supporting Export Sales as and when required by responding to customers on specifications coordinating exhibition related activities.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
1. To travel client locations within territories assigned to make presentations on the Casepacker range of products (Machines and Change Parts) of the company.
2. To translate and understand the requirements indicated by clients into specifications and orders in pipeline.
3. To respond to client enquiries in a timely manner by email and otherwise and facilitate communication / provision of quotes and technical documents as per client s need.
4. To coordinate for the exhibition activities
5. To coordinate with all departments regarding basic machine & change Parts for technical information
6. For Manager Sales : To manage motivation and target achievement of reporting staff.
Qualifications & Selection Criteria
Graduate Degree / Diploma (preferably in Mechanical Engineering/ Production/Instrumentation /Electronics ).
PGDM/ MMS
Experience : 1018 years of which a bulk of experience in selling machines to the Pharma Sector
Good communication positive attitude and perseverance.
