- Assists in collecting data and information to prepare project progress reports.
- Creates and maintain an organized database by regularly updating it, to ensure detailed and accurate documentation.
- Ensures that all project-related documents are properly documented and archived to ensure data preservation.
- Supports the project team with needed data and maintaining financial expenditures to ensure facilitating the project’s activities.
- Assists in conducting field visits and following up on project activities to ensure implementation according to project’s plan.
- Communicates effectively with beneficiaries and provides support when needed.
