As a trusted technology advisor for the customer across wide range of technologies and providing technical thought leadership innovative and strategic ideas and guidance to important technology initiatives. You will be working with a diverse set of senior stakeholders in our core business. You will develop a deep understanding of companys business leadership and presentation skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of functional teams within the company and set in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Position Overview:

  • 18 years of relevant experience of managing a highperformance engineering team of reasonable size catering to multiple Applications/products/platforms for customers.
  • Demonstrated Software Engineering experience with the involvement in all phases of the software development life cycle using various open stacks platform such as .Net JAVA Mobile apps Phyton SQL etc.
  • Lead and manage a highperforming engineering teams by fostering a culture of collaboration excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop deeper understanding of customer s business/IT landscape and focus on their business challenges and goals engaging early and proactively to position Canarys in the problem and solution definition phases of the life cycle.
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams in translating business requirements into detailed architectural specifications making technology and implementation choices and developing practical implementation plans for projects across a broad range of technology domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and contribute to building business cases define architectures processes and measurements for achieving business and technology objectives.
  • Operate as a thought leader with the ability to guide influence and inspire peak performance across the engineering division.
  • Practitioner of software engineering principles and procedures and especially Agile management principles.
  • Develops functional strategy aligned to support business strategy with full understanding of market position and customer needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals solutions and strategies to meet performance targets.
  • Maintain a high performing team and focus on growing team members to be customer focused risk takers and future leaders.
  • Help recruit train grow and retain top talent.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral with the ability to translate technical jargon into easy to understand and clear terms.
  • Excellent selfmotivation and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across professional and organisational boundaries and encourage participation and knowledge sharing with other stakeholders.
  • Has a track record of delivering complex programmes of work drive change and influence at executive level and put quality agility and responsiveness at the heart of an organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities teams and other managers and directors simultaneously.
  • Understands client business domain and drive Digital Business Transformation.
  • Drive architecture design estimation planning and collaborate with the client to implement and take solutions to production.
  • Collaborate with Senior stakeholders Project Managers and Engineers to define the architecture engineering practices & guidelines.
  • Coach mentor and guide software engineering culture and own peoples growth.
  • Creating Proposals and engineering Initiatives.
  • Working on various clientspecific proposals.
  • Manage and grow client accounts.
