As a valued member of our care family youll work within our nursing home environment delivering highquality to the residents. Working as part of the care team carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a highquality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. As well as assist in the nursing care of the resident s physical environment and in general dayday activities of the home.
Requirements
- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various settings including hospitals clinics and community healthcare.
- Assessment: Conduct patient assessments including physical examinations health histories and diagnostic tests to develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accurate dosage and adherence to protocols.
- Monitoring: Monitor patients vital signs observe and document changes in their condition and intervene appropriately in emergencies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals including physicians therapists and support staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
