The following skills are required for this role:
- Marketing strategy and planning, particularly in relation to B2B or B2C multi-channel programmes
- Deep understanding of relationship building
- Customer journey mapping to design, develop and adapt marketing activities or programmes
- Strong project management and delivery
- Reporting and commercial evaluation
- Understanding of data, feedback and forming insight
- Sales collaboration
- Strong knowledge of new and traditional marketing channels, including digital experience
- Energetic, enthusiastic and innovative
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Experienced at managing and inspiring others
