We are seeking an experienced Dissertation Writing Mentor and Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching PhD candidates to improve the quality and clarity of their dissertation writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic writing and experience working with PhD students.
Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with PhD candidates to provide guidance and support on their dissertation writing
- Provide feedback on structure, organization, and coherence of the dissertation
- Help students develop their ideas and arguments to improve the overall quality of their dissertation
- Ensure that all work is delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other mentors and project managers to ensure that all work meets established guidelines and standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in academic writing
- Provide training and workshops to PhD candidates on dissertation writing and research skills

Requirements
- PhD degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in academic writing and mentoring
- Experience working with PhD students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
