• Work one-on-one with PhD candidates to provide guidance and support on their dissertation writing
  
• Provide feedback on structure, organization, and coherence of the dissertation
  
• Help students develop their ideas and arguments to improve the overall quality of their dissertation
  
• Ensure that all work is delivered on time and within budget
  
• Collaborate with other mentors and project managers to ensure that all work meets established guidelines and standards
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in academic writing
  
• Provide training and workshops to PhD candidates on dissertation writing and research skills

Requirements

• PhD degree in a relevant field
  
• 3+ years of experience in academic writing and mentoring
  
• Experience working with PhD students
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
