A Predictive Modeling Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing statistical models to make predictions about future events or behaviors. They work in various industries, including finance, healthcare, and marketing, to identify patterns and trends in data that can be used to make strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing predictive models to make predictions about future events or behaviors.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to inform model development and refinement.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including clients and management.
- Collaborating with other analysts, data scientists, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate model inputs and outputs.
- Testing and validating models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements in predictive modeling.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with statistical modeling software, such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
