Job Description

Job Title:Sales Manager Academic Alliances

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location:Bangalore



Job Brief


We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven individual to join one of our esteemed clients team as a Sales Manager Academic Alliances. In this role you will be responsible for identifying targeting and establishing partnerships with colleges and educational institutions for professional finance courses such as CA/CS/ACCA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills coupled with a deep understanding of the education sector and the specific needs of colleges.



Responsibilities


Prospecting and Outreach

  • Identify and target colleges and educational institutions to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into the needs and preferences of colleges regarding professional finance courses.

Sales Presentations

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to colleges highlighting the benefits and features of our courses.
  • Customize presentations to address the unique needs and concerns of each college.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in colleges including administrators faculty and career counsellors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our academy and colleges.

Collaboration and Partnership

  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize course offerings based on the specific requirements of colleges.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.

Training and Support

  • Provide colleges with comprehensive information about our courses curriculum and support services.
  • Conduct training sessions for college staff to enhance their understanding of our programs.

Market Feedback

  • Gather feedback from colleges and communicate it to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including leads presentations and outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and projections.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or partnership management preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of professional finance courses and the education industry.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
