Armour Security & Protection Services Corporation (ASPS) is the fastest-growing and result-oriented company Canada-wide. ASPS provides Security guard services, Mobile patrol, Event security guard services, Alarm response, Concierge services, Bike patrol, Parking enforcement, Loss prevention officers, Bodyguard services, and much more. We are hiring for a full-time Client Service Manager position. A client service manager is responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with a companys products or services. They act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and work to identify and address any issues or concerns the clients may have. Here is a typical job description for a client service manager.

Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our companys products or services. They will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and work to identify and address any issues or concerns the clients may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their satisfaction with our products or services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure that all client information is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Finished Diploma, Bachelor or Associates Degree is an asset but no required.
  • Must have a class 5 or 7 license
  • Minimum of 1 year commitment is required
  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills required
  • Relative experience in either sales position or account manager role is considered an asset but not required
  • Law enforcement experience is considered an asset but not required
  • High level of confidence to speak on the phone and during meetings

Salary: Probation Year- $50,000.00
Year 2- $56,243.20
Year 3 - $62,732.80
Year 4- $69,222.40

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
