Tasks

• Managing high critical issue with all involved vendor and internal customer teams.
• Promote a collaborative and mission focus mentality across all team.
• Identify and suggest improvement to existing process and flows.
• Guarantee the Overall stability of the system.

Requirements

• Incident Management for Production Environment
• Ticket management (SPOC)
• Tickets triage and ticket forwarding
• Identify risks and dependencies
• Identify Technical Debt Reduction Processes
• Suggest improvements
• Followup of improvements
• Support DevOps teams
• Impact analysis of changes/enhancements
• Standby 24h x 7d (might happen)
• Experience with Operations 2L & 3L (e.g. troubleshooting and payload analysis)
