L1 Support Specialist

Job Location: Bucharest (the team works mostly remotely)

Type of Collaboration: Individual Employment Contract or B2B

Contract Duration: 1 year contract renewable annually

Tasks

• Monitor and manage a support system for cases related to end user access and support within specified applications.
• Take ownership of cases contacting submitters to gather additional information and clarify issues or needs.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of applications their functionalities and reference materials to provide effective solutions.
• Interact with team members to seek guidance and collaborate on issue resolution.
• Monitor a support queue for cases related to company applications.
• Contact case submitters to gather additional information on unclear or ambiguous issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP and MATCH.
• Ability to work on rotation during the second shift (Noon to 8:00 pm local Bucharest time).
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
