Day Care:
Google workspace
Inbox management Including forwarding of emails to appropriate people replying to basic enquiries setting of meetings and removal of spam.
Task allocation

Both clients:
Inbox management Including forwarding of emails to appropriate people replying to basic enquiries setting of meetings and removal of spam.
Monitoring of 3 different school notifications calendars and events.
Filing and organisation of documents in Google Drive Setting appointments.
Task allocation.
Must have experience with Google workspace At least 2 years of relevant work experience Excellent organisational skills Keen eye for details and process innovation.
