Tasks

• Ensure transversal monitoring monitoring of projects and continuous improvement processes
• Promote compliance with project management methodologies and strategies defined by the organization
• Participate in the refinement of continuous improvement methodologies and processes
• Support and monitor project managers from different teams
• Promote training and sharing of knowledge about project management
• Carry out internal audits to evaluate projects and implement improvements
• Control indicators KPIs and OKRs defined for the area
• Monitor trends methodologies and best practices for the area.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering Management or similar area
• Experience as a PMO 3/4 years
• Experience in managing complex projects
• Experience in contact with different teams
• Experience or contact with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proficient with reporting and dashboards with PowerBI and Excel
• Fluent in both English and French
• Based in Lisbon Portugal
