Job Description

Will learn and keep up-to-date on all work instructions, vault security procedures, and policies
Create or update reports by collecting data from various sources and entering into spreadsheet
Will promptly notify project management of the receipt of new incoming media
Will ensure that all physical media is available in the database and at specific office locations within a one hour time period
Will ensure all physical media is stored securely in the vault when not in production
Will be responsible for the security of all incoming and outgoing media
