Chief Financial Officer

1. Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
   
2. Provide financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
   
3. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
   
4. Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking and identify areas for improvement.
   
5. Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
   
6. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
   
7. Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
   
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
   
9. Manage the companys capital structure including debt and equity financing.
   
10. Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations for capital allocation.
    
11. Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
    
12. Provide professional development opportunities and ensure the teams continuous growth.
    
13. Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders including investors lenders and regulatory bodies.
    
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and financial institutions.
    

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role within the Engineering/Manufacturing industry is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial management risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
  
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
