Job Description

  • Working with Regional CEOs and Sales teams to effectively align and embed sales and key account frameworks including annual business planning and cadence of review
  • Providing leadership to the sales leaders to develop sales objectives and initiatives that alignto company s strategic goals
  • Supporting Country Leads with the assignment of sales force quotas ensuring the financial objectives are optimally allocated
  • Identifying opportunities for sales process improvement and facilitating successful implementation of new programs by ensuring a welldefined efficient sales process is in place for launch
  • Driving global consistency in tools processes and measurement to enhance both revenue growth and productivity
  • Participating in ongoing development of company s proprietary Sales playbooks to support partner launches and ongoing growth
  • Building mechanisms to share best practice and drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Supporting the prioritization of investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity. Working closely with the sales leadership and Technology to align the sales and technology roadmap and strategy recommending changes and enhancementsto sales tools and process.
  • Partnering with People Finance and Sales leadership teams to help implement andadministerthe Sales Incentive Compensation program to ensuring that the plan drives sales behavior and reinforces
  • Engaging with People team to design and implement programs to build sales teamcapabilities
  • Supporting local market teams to develop and execute go to market plans for new partnersproducts and markets
  • Designing sales initiatives for Retail partners to drive engagement and sales growth


Requirements

  • Over 5 years experience in managing sales operations
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce/CRM systems
  • Deep knowledge of sales and account management practices
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in driving structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth programs
  • Experience in using data to develop goto market approaches and inform the business
  • Experience in developing and engaging highly functioning sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of sales metrics sales processes and sales enablement tools
  • Digital native with strong skills in using Microsoft Office Work Excel PowerPoint and digital communication platforms


A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with the ability to effectively oversee and manage multiple accounts and partners concurrently. Additional experience in the mobile and consumer electronics retail sector is preferred. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in securing account deals and acquisitions. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
