We are seeking an adept Project Manager to oversee ITMS projects in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh ensuring seamless collaboration with smart city Project Management Consultants (PMCs) government officials and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Liaison and Compliance:
Coordinate with smart city PMC Divisional Commissioner and officials from various government departments.
Obtain and maintain all necessary permissions and NOCs required for project execution.
Conduct regular followups with government authorities to ensure the timely issuance of permissions and compliance with regulations.
Project Planning and Implementation:
Develop comprehensive project plans considering scope schedule and resource requirements.
Oversee project maintenance and implementation ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Define roles for team members and provide leadership for efficient project execution.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team defining roles and responsibilities.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment ensuring optimal performance.
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors and the companys head office for smooth project operations.
Conduct regular followups with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
Client Interaction and Payment Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients including government officials.
Ensure timely submission of project documents to clients for payment processing.
Follow up with clients for timely payments and address any paymentrelated queries.
